Standard delivery times are 5 - 7 business days from collection.

Please note these are a guideline only. Shipping times may also take longer than usual during Black Friday sale period due to the higher volume or orders.

Muse Theory reserves the right to make changes to shipping rates and carriers at anytime without notice. This includes waiving or discounting shipping rates at any given time.

Shipping International

Shipping costs are subject to your location and covers transportation charges only.

Standard delivery times are 7 - 10 business days from collection.

Please be aware that once an order has been booked and packed, it is not possible to redirect or cancel shipments.

Preorders

If your order contains preorder items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s) are received.

Duties

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Muse Theory is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

Changes to your Order

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address and delivery address. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
